When you purchase a product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. This means: read the book, hang the art, slap that sticker on your laptop—but don’t copy, resell, redistribute, or claim any part of it as your own.
Reproduction, commercial use, distribution (physical or digital), or modification of any item—especially digital files and artwork—is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. Violations may result in legal action, bad karma, and a swarm of metaphorical crows pecking at your inbox.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship worldwide. Physical product orders are processed within seven business days and shipped via various shipping companies to reach its destination.
Shipping times may vary based on location, carrier delays, or events beyond our control. SL Novels & Novelties is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped.
6. Refunds & Returns
Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase.
Physical Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion. Return shipping (if applicable) is the buyer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.

We make every effort to describe products accurately and display images that reflect the item’s true appearance. However, slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur.
